After compiling, the rrdtool executable is in the same place where the
source file is.  Normally one then runs "make install" to put the exe
in place but it seems your packager didn't do that.  No problem, just
copy the file anywhere you like, as long as the system can find it.

You *need* rrdtool (or: rrdtool.exe) and could use "rrdupdate".
