Every TARGET needs two OIDs even if you only want one.
If your using MRTG v2.9.11 or later use NOO or NOI to hide OID1 or OID2
On the second target you commented out the correct syntax
Also there is a typo on the third target, *all* parameters must start on a
new line with no white space to the left.
I have left in the offending lines from your email.
