What you do is create a user with what you want your SNMP string to be (ie: if you want your string to be called "mypubisyourpub" then create a user called "mypubisyourpup") and ONLY check SNMP under it's options .. Password shouldn't matter. Now you have SNMP ready to rock! There is a setting called SNMP but that is traping and forwarding.
Here is what I question:
When you walk the aironet device you will get an ethernet side and a Radio side. Both are opposites of each other. Easy enough, so do the counters on the radio side only increase with data seen from the ethernet side or does the radio side increase with data seen from it's unknown associated clients?
