If you use Dell servers you can load the "Dell OpenManage SNMP agent" to
implement tons of OID's.
These are the ones I am using:

Ambient temperature: 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.700.20.1.6.1.2
Hard Drive temperature: 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.700.20.1.6.1.1
CPU 1 temperature: 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.700.20.1.6.1.3
CPU 2 temperature: 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.700.20.1.6.1.4

Check it out:

p.s. I just saw the post about the config to change the temp to farenheit -
I'll be implementing it shortly ;)

Subject: [mrtg] Temperature monitor

Hi,

Does anyone monitor temperature through any device with MRTG ?

If so, I'm interested in what product you use to monitor the temperature ?

Thanks
Andre
