[mrtg] Cisco 7206vxr T3 controller

I'm not getting the correct traffic for the interfaces hanging off the
T3 controller, I'm sure it's an easy fix. I've been a user of MRTG for a
couple of years and know it pretty well. I am running 2.9.18 at the
moment.

Here is my Cisco 7206 setup:

cisco 7206VXR (NPE300) processor (revision D) with 57344K/40960K bytes
of memory.

Processor board ID 20391443

R7000 CPU at 262Mhz, Implementation 39, Rev 2.1, 256KB L2, 2048KB L3
Cache

6 slot VXR midplane, Version 2.0

Last reset from power-on

Bridging software.

X.25 software, Version 3.0.0.

1 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)

28 Serial network interface(s)

1 ATM network interface(s)

1 Channelized T3 port(s)

I've been using MRTG successfully for a couple of years on quite a few
different devices (ascend max, switches, other routers).

Anyway, the ATM serial interfaces report the correct traffic.

The interfaces hanging off the Channelized T3, however, don't report the
correct usage. it looks like I am either getting:

A) an aggregrate amount from each interface

B) getting either all the outgoing or incoming only (but not both)

The connections are setup as PPP connections, here is some snippets from
my config:

controller T3 1/0

 t1 1 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-6

 t1 1 channel-group 1 timeslots 7-10

 t1 1 channel-group 2 timeslots 11-16

 t1 1 channel-group 3 timeslots 17-20

 t1 1 channel-group 4 timeslots 21-22

 t1 1 channel-group 5 timeslots 23-24

 t1 2 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-4

 t1 2 channel-group 1 timeslots 5-8

 t1 2 channel-group 2 timeslots 9-10

 t1 2 channel-group 3 timeslots 11-12

 t1 2 channel-group 5 timeslots 17-18

 t1 2 channel-group 6 timeslots 19-24

On my first T3 channel, I have 6 connections hanging off. here is what
the sub interface config looks like from one:

interface Serial1/0/2:2

 description customer 0773

 ip unnumbered FastEthernet0/0

 encapsulation ppp

 ip mroute-cache

Here is the show int on that interface:

Serial1/0/2:2 is up, line protocol is up

Hardware is CT3 Single Wide One Port

  Description: customer 0773

Interface is unnumbered. Using address of FastEthernet0/0
(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

MTU 1500 bytes, BW 128 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,

     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255

Encapsulation PPP, crc 16, loopback not set

  Keepalive set (10 sec)

  LCP Open

  Listen: CDPCP

  Open: IPCP

Last input 00:00:04, output 00:22:54, output hang never

Last clearing of "show interface" counters 1w2d

Input queue: 0/75/0/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0

  Queueing strategy: weighted fair

  Output queue: 0/1000/64/0 (size/max total/threshold/drops)

     Conversations 0/5/16 (active/max active/max total)

     Reserved Conversations 0/0 (allocated/max allocated)

  5 minute input rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec

  5 minute output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec

737409 packets input, 49861696 bytes, 0 no buffer

     Received 0 broadcasts, 0 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles

     56 input errors, 34 CRC, 6 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored, 16 abort

     818280 packets output, 5746623 bytes, 0 underruns

0 output errors, 0 collisions, 0 interface resets

0 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out

1 carrier transitions no alarm present

Timeslot(s) Used: 9-10, subrate: 64Kb/s, transmit delay is 0 flags

  non-inverted data

and here is the MRTG config for that sub interface:

If you've made it this far, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I've looked through quite a few of the archives (mailing list,
contributions, etc).. and haven't found much info on the PA-MC-T3.
