[mrtg] What exactly does mrtg-ping-probe tell you?

The docs and examples say packet loss, but it clearly isn't.  Unless
maybe the blue line is supposed to be packet loss, and the green line
latency?  But even that doesn't jibe with what I see.  I don't know perl
*nearly* well enough to tell what the code is doing, so a boot in the
right direction would be appreciated.
