[mrtg] SV: riverstone RS8000

I am monitoring several RS8000 and RS3000 switch-routers with no problems.
Mostly ethernet interfaces though, but also some ATM and gigabit interfaces.

I did run into some problems running the cfgmaker tool on some ATM interfaces though...even if the link is up, it reports that the AdminStatus/OperStatus is down...
And therefor it comments this one out in the .cfg file.
