You might also want to change "MaxBytes[pcsfp1.processorLoad1]: 523444000"
to "MaxBytes[pcsfp1.processorLoad1]: 100".
Otherwise, "Unscaled..." will make graphs with the Y axis from 0 to
523444000.
On my percentage graphs, I usually use "YTics[_]: 10". This gives a nice
graph from 0% to 100% with divisions every 10%. I've attached an example
graph.

In using the below config to measure processor utilization, everything works
fine however the graph YLegend counts 0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 percent. As a
result it shows the processor max'd at 4% all the time. Can someone tell me
how to change this so it will show up to 100% in 25% increments or something
along those lines?
