When I look at the information you gave us, I see a possibility of
one of two options.

(1) This switch box is a multislot box, and you have a switch card
located in slot 3.  With your earlier post showing the same respone
for each of the ports, then that could indicated broken SNMP code
within the switch. You would have to confirm this with the manufacturer.

(2) This is a smaller switch, and the manufacturer decided to save
space within the code and decribes each interface as a Category 3/5
utp ethernet.

I've seen both instances happen in my travels, but my bet would
be choice #2.
