[mrtg] MRTG Alerting

Does anyone know of a package that can send
SMTP based alerts based on certain pre-defined
levels on an MRTG graph?  A defined level being
a given # or a % of usage of a particular service.

I guess I could code my own, but it would be nice
if there was a complete, pre-packaged solution on
the market available.
