If your using native MRTG try adding noo to the options parameter.

noo = NO Out (second OID)
noi = NO In (first OID)

noo and noi will only work with MRTG v2.9.11 and above.

The green graph shows the correct CPU load, while the
blue graph bounces around between 0 and 100.  Is there
a way that I can graph just the "green" data points?  The
data would look perfect if I could just remove the "blue".
