[mrtg] RRDTool and MRTG

Hi,

I have some very basic stupid questions, so please forgive upfront:

A) 	I read that I can use MRTG and RRDTool together via 14all.cgi or
router.cgi etc
	So to make this happen I asume I have to also install RRDTool on
my box where I 
	have MRTG installed ??

B)	I was wondering if there is a version of RRDTool for windows NT
???


C)	Is there anyone out there who is willing to do contract work on
a project which
	involves MRTG and RRDTool
