evidently, I don't have all the mibs I need for this device because when I
walk it, I get back some with partial names/OID numbers. I am going to try
to find more MIBS. Thanks.

Try to use snmpwalk router.dns.domain community .1.3.6 
 
I think this command will get all the mibs for you  
 
Did you configure snmp-server for cisco router ? 
 
Is the name of the community is OK ?
