[mrtg] Still got graph with dips

I updated to mrtg-2.9.18pre2 (compiled from source) as per someones
suggestion the other day to try and fix an issue with dips in my graphs when
an SNMP target wasnt available. Unfortunately I still seem to have them. Not
sure if I am doing something wrong or not though. As you can see from the
logs, when it receives no response from SNMP, its writing 1's or -1's into
the log and then doing averaging maths on them.
Hope that someone can help??
