[mrtg] bandwidth utilisation

Hi, i am using the following config to monitor bandwidth for a gig port.
Everything looks fine except that i have a packet generator attached
churning out 30% bandwidth. MRTG is only reporting around 6% bandwidth for
the same period. the switch i am looking at also supports rmon and indeed
the rmon software i am using reports 30% usage.
