[mrtg] threshold setting in basic mrtg command

Hi,

I want to add threshold parameters to my mrtg grpahs for router interface. 

I have two points

1. can I add threshold parameters to present routermrtg.cfg file, if yes how

2. if 1st is not possible then what to modify in basic comand " perl cfgmaker public at x.x.x.x -- global "WorkDir: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg" --output routermrtg.cfg"
