[mrtg] Startup menu and threshold monitoring

Hi,

When I run *.cfg file from command prompt threshold scripts programs worked fine but when same *.cfg file run from startup menu it looks like it even not check for ThreshProgI or O .
I am using threshold monitoring given at www.wtcs.org
