[mrtg] mrtg reporting to high of out and inbound traffic

Hello,

I have mrtg setup to monitor an ethernet card on one of my machines.  I have
ucd-snmpd installed and mrtg configured to that local snmpd.

Right now it seems that inbound and outbound reports return too many kb/s.
Say if the machine was doing around 25kb, mrtg will report 250kb/s?

I really am not sure why it would report this.

I have attached the config file below.  Also I have tried using, public,
private, and community for all the router names, same result for each.
