Do an snmpwalk (not get) on those oids:
1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.1.1.20
1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.1.1.21
see what happens, I bet something like
1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.1.1.20.0
1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.1.1.21.0
