[mrtg] IP usage/billing/accounting.

I need to monitor the usage of our E3 for billing purposes, are there any MRTG frontended scripts to perform this?

At present I only have access to a cisco 2900 switch which the ISP's router is connected to, although I could install a Linux box to capture any activity.

Any Ideas?
