[mrtg] MRTG and Catalyst 6000 Ports

Hi,

   I have 4 Cisco 6513 Switches each with five 48-port modules..I would like MRTG to monitor all the ports on the 4 switches....(4*5*48=960 ports). Is there a way to automate this instead of me writing the config for each page.....I want to do this with RRD...
