If you know how to compile programs on Mac OS X using gcc, MRTG will
probably work as expected.  After compiling it, replace any existing
program (rateup, mrtg, cfgmaker etc.) with the newly compiled stuff.

It is probably best not to use the MRTG default install script unless
it happens to install in the same spot as the package did.

If there are any Mac gurus on this list I'm sure you will get a more
precise answer.
