[mrtg] A Note of Thanks

A note of thanks to both Eric Brander and Jan Koelstra in regards to
monitoring errors and discarded packets. You have both given me some
really(!) valuable information. Now I have something to "chew on" for a
while. This goes to show one what can be learned from a forum like this.
As the saying goes: "ask and ye shall receive".
