[mrtg] No log file

[McMullen, David E. (NGIT)]

what might cause a log file not to be created?  I have been making mrtg
configs all week and I had one log file that would not create.  

this is version 2-9.25 on Win2k.

Any ideas?  I have had no previous problems like this.
