[mrtg] MRTG quit collecting data on Cabletron Ports

I setup MRTG to monitor 9 Cabletron SSR's(total of 89 ports) and everthing
appeared to be running fine.  Over the last few weeks I had had issues with
MRTG not collecting data on a few ports.  Some of the ports have very little
data going through them and some are moderitly used.  The ports are on
different  ports on different switches and it has been verified that data is
being passed through these ports.  Has anyone seen this before or have any
ideas on what would cause this?
