[mrtg] SNMP error: no responce received

I don't understand.
Anytime I launch mrtg I always get this error

[root at localhost root]# /usr/bin/mrtg /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg

Here are some info.
I'm running on RH8
MRTG version 2.9.17-8 rpm packages from RedHat
I can ping the server OK and our other SNMP software are properly
reporting data from this server. ( But since they don't do web pages we want
MRTG )
I don't have any firewall.

Does anyone have ever seen this before ?
