[mrtg] 2 values are supposed to display % diff

i have a cisco 7246 cmts. i want to graph the difference in percent  between the registered modems and the online modems.
the idea is to find a device that is failing before too many customers are effected.
		[luminaries want this].

below is the .cfg file that i put together [with help from several folks in this list] that should work but doesn't.
