[mrtg] MRTG not showing the correct Max Speed

Hi All,
 I am using the MRTG version 2.9.25 for monitoring a Cisco 
 router. One problem was that the graphs show maximum utilization 
 at 28.8K, while our total bandwidth is 2048K so what i did was un-comment "Options[_]:bits" in the .cfg file. Now i see the correct graphs. But the Max Speed value is showing 248 Kbytes/s. Can some one show me what 
 changes I need to do to have the correct value.
