how was this config generated?  did you use cfgmaker?  It looks like
cfgmaker output but the "^@" is odd.
What OS is this running on?

Yes, you can use any valid OID in place of "1".  this indicates the
interface number.

use a text editor (vi or notepad) to remove the "^@"'s in your config.
