but see my other post.. I have other MRTG things that work only on
1 number

one of the scripts calculates diskspace usage and mrtg calls the
script, the output:
[mrtg at portal:~/conf]$ ../bin/diskspaceusage.sh
28722687
[mrtg at portal:~/conf]$

only 1 number .....but MRTG doesn't mind..it just graphs one(no blue
line):
