[mrtg] Some dificulty

Every once in a while I get an email from the cron facility that says 
something like:

=================== To: root at 02.logicx.com Subject: Cron <root at 02> 
/usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/mrtg /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg

warning, got bogus unix line.
===================

I have searched the archives and found nothing.
The linux flavor this install is on: RH7.2

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
