[mrtg] Confusion: Log entries

Hi all-

I am confused at the log file I have for a CSU/DSU.

I'm plotting CSU Errored Seconds with the mrtg config below.  The first
OID is Current Errored Seconds, the second OID is First "Bucket" Errored
Seconds (the CSU's have 97 "buckets", the Current count and the last 24
hours (96X15minutes)).
The issue is that I'm getting no definite relation between the Average and
Max numbers in the log.  I'll see #'s in the "Current" bucket and not see
them in the "First Bucket" plot in the next few plots.  Can anyone shed
some light here?  Thanks!
