[mrtg] Cisco GSR12000 CPU load per linecard

Hi, Folks
I¡¯d like to monitor Cisco GSR12000¡¯s cpu load per linecard.
I had tried to find mib files about the property, but I did not find.
OLD-CISCO-CPU-MIB doesn¡¯t show such property.
How can I work it out ?
