Sorry, my mistake. Of course, the symptoms were the same here with the 
"cfgmaker public at hostname:::::2" as with a "cfgmaker 
public at nonexistenthostname", I forgot that.

Well, all the ports are not connected to gigabit hosts/networks, so I think 
it should be possible to get some real data from at least one port. But 
here is an example of the output (day.png's and logs):
