I wrote a script that is very similar to yours, and it seems to work
fine. A few small differences in how the script is called, and in
internal logic, but the end result is the same.

I did a small script c2900Bandwidth.pl to graph the value from the
current c2900BandwidthUsagePeak in MBit/second determined by reading
c2900BandwidthUsageCurrentPeakEntry. I didn't managed to monitor this
another way, any hints are welcome..
It outputs c2900BandwidthUsageCurrent as first (in) value..
