Mr Saravoyi,
Now, we are engaging both Genesis and Africom? Genesis have been calling me to get the details. What I wonder is whether Rowan is comfortable working with Africom. If that is the case then we have to tell Genesis not to go to Bulawayo.

Rowan, we would like to provide a qualified response to Netconnect. It would help if you were to comment briefly on each entry, preferably on the same schedule sent by Steve.

As you are aware, we have promised Netconnect a response before close of business tomorrow. We need the requested details well on time.

On a related matter, can we move the wireless links to NRZ building before Monday next week? We need this done to ensure that the RAD boxes can be eliminated on the Hre/Byo link. We have discussed this issue for the past 4 or so weeks and I thnk it is time to move on.

    Regards,

    John Saravoyi

the first couple of entries were a problem at shangani with power , the econet guys eventually sorted out the generator at shangani , the other two were with the rad box at harare .

Rowan, there are entries on the schedule where the customer spoke to you and the entries indicate Harare as the problem, what does that really mean and how were the problems resolved?
