Last time I tried, cfgmaker did automatically backoff to ifInOctets when
IfHCInOctets was missing or obviously wrong.  Are you generating this
using cfgmaker, or with some other tool?  Or has cfgmaker broken since I
last installed mrtg (2.9.18)
