[mrtg] perl problem

Hi.
I am trying to install RRDTool but keep getting this error. I have tried 
several builds of Perl 5.6.1:

C:\mrtg\rrdtool\perl-shared>ppm instal rrds.ppd
Installing package 'rrds.ppd'...
Error installing package 'rrds.ppd': Read a PPD for 'rrds.ppd', but it is 
not in
tended for this build of Perl (MSWin32-x86-multi-thread)
