[mrtg] MRTG and VLANs (Foundry)

Not sure why, but I am unable to pull data on vlans. Shows up as 0 bits when
it should be showing 80+mbps.

This is on a Foundry BigIron 8000. M4R4G running 7.5.05a. Version of MRTG is
2.9.27. MRTG is polling the switch and vlan info with no errors in the log,
just the graph is empty.
