No, he's talking about a different counter:
cseL3VlanOutUnicastOctets and cseL3VlanInUnicastOctets, from the
CISCO-SWITCH-ENGINE-MIB

(.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.97.1.4.2.1.9 and .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.97.1.4.2.1.7.1 for
the mib-browser challenged).

There are two instance suffixes.  The first is the entityid of the PFC+
card - it's 1011 on all of my boxes, but I'm only running one
supervisor, so I'm not certain what it would look like if you had a dual
sup.  Walk the Entity MIB to find that value.

The second suffix is the ifIndex of the interface you are interested in.

Note that this mib is version 2c only.
