[mrtg] batch file scheduler

Hello
I am looking for a program which will allow me to schedule the execution of
a batch file on an hourly basis, but only between the hours of 7:00am to
9:00pm, Mon-Fri.  Does anyone know of any way of doing this.  Even if I
could just write the batch to repeat every hour would be great.  Any ideas?
