[mrtg] mrtg rateup died from Signal 0

Dear all,
I have the following error for only one sub interface?!

WARNING: Rateup died from signal 0
 With exit value 1 when doing router 'IP_ADDRESS_INT.NUM'
 Signal was 0, Return code was 1

Can anybody help? Please...
