[mrtg] Indexmaker problems

Hello Folks,

I have a problem that I can't seem to solve maybe you guys here can help me;

I am trying to monitor jitter on a 2mb link, I've got the correct mibs and 
the mrtg script works ok however when I try and use the indexmaker script it 
fails and gives me the following error message;

ERROR: no Description: line PageTop property in 172.21.128.32_latency 
section

I have read other threads from previous newsgroups 
(http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/mrtg/msg14521.html) and have found the 
following;
MRTG_INT_DESCR="latency" must match the first word of the PageTop line or
the first word of the description -> 
<TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>latency</TD></TR>

I have done this everywhere but still have no sucess.

Here is the relevant mrtg file;
