[mrtg] Bbmrtg for windows

Hi list,
Has anyone tried to use bbmrtg.pl(from Big Brothers) to use with
MRTG(withrate-up, no RRD) on a window box?  If so, can you please send me
the link or documentation for it?  Thanks.
