[mrtg] Server Requirements?

The question I have is how well will a K6-2 450Mhz with 128mb (or 256) with
linux run MRTG for say 1000 monitored devices? RIght now I have it running
on a dual 1ghz Xeon but I have to move it off of that box and onto something
else.
