[mrtg] No data from Cisco 3524XLs

I have two Cisco 3524XL switches, both running 12.0(5.2)XU.  MRTG runs, 
updates the rrd dbs but there is no data when router.cgi polls the 
rrds.  Wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues with this 
load of software.  In the meantime, attached are the configs for the 
two switches.  They were generated by cfgmaker so it has been verified 
that the switches are reachable and snmp accessible.  After running 
mrtg against these files, the rrd's are created and updated each time 
mrtg is run:

I have other routers and switches that are being monitored using the 
same templates as what was used to create the two configuration files 
attached.  I'm not having problems with any of them, only these two 
switches.

Any ideas would be welcome.
