[mrtg] Percentage Reporting

My superior has asked that I put together a percentage downtime graph of
some sort for our main Cisco Catalyst Switches. Does anyone have any idea of
how to program that? Perl is not my strong suit. We need to prove that our
uptime is at least 99%. Thanks!
