[mrtg] Bad dutch translation

Hello,

There's a little problem whith the dutch translation:

WRONG:        The statistics were last updated Maenag 24 Februari 2003 om
19:32,
---
SHOULD BE: Statistieken voor het laatst bijgewerkt op Maandag 24 Februari
2003 om 19:32
---

When it's monday, the translation fails, because
'Monday' is 'Maandag' in dutch
'and' is 'en' in dutch.

I guess the 'and' in 'Maandag' makes the whole thing go bad..
