[mrtg] Problem with cfgmaker on 8 Gig ports and "Port Speed" values

I having a problem with cfgmaker and 8 gig aggregated ports
on Cisco 65xx CatOS. It appears that cfgmaker is using the Gauge32
SNMP MIB "ifSpeed" and I am getting a limit of  
"Max Speed: 4295.0 Mbits/s" this is what "ifSpeed" is reporting
(4294967295). ifHighSpeed is reporting "8000"....

Is there a workaround for this other than going in by hand
and fixing all this?
