[mrtg] Graph Scaling Question

I have a device (PortMaster access router with modems) that previously had a
limit of 46 lines.  One digital PRI has been disconnected, so now the limit is
23 lines.  All graphs to date are scaled from 0 to 48, but I'd like to change
the daily and weekly graphs to scale from 0 to 24.  However, I'd like to retain
the 0 to 48 scaling on the monthly and yearly graphs, so that they accurately
show the number of connections for prior months.  Eventually, I'd switch the
monthly, and also the yearly graphs to have the same 0 to 24 scale once the
historical data has moved off of the graph.

Is there some combination of scaling, maxbytes, etc. that will let me do this?
A quick look through the config file documention gives me the impression that
you can't specify many options individually for the different d/w/m/y graphs.
